You can edit an event on any timeline and it will be fixed for all other timelines that it appears on or is used on in the future and every improved event help Histropedia so be bold any fix any event you see can have its date improved (made more precise)

We are currently working on improving the areas of Histropedia that are receiving the most traffic, and you can find lists of timelines on the popular topics on the google doc spreadsheets listed below

LIST ICONS 2

Choose an event that only has a year date

The goal is to take events that only have the year they happened and improve the precision as much as possible (hopefully to show the exact day(s) the event took place

LIST ICONS 4

Update the event with more precise dates

add-new-dates

Change the precision setting from YEAR to DAY (or MONTH if no more precise dates are available) and enter the dates from the Wikipedia article. Click save to confirm the edit.

While in the edit screen you can also change the picture for the event. Click through all the pictures used in the Wikipedia article to find one that best represents the event.

If no precise dates are given in the Wikipedia article feel free to use dates from any reliable source (for example IMDB often has more precise film release dates than Wikipedia)
